Coming face to face with Mountain gorillas depends on where they nested the previous night and can take 2-7 hours before you meet the.
Gorilla tracking can be physically demanding but the whole experience is amazing and worth it. You will track a habituated family which is comfortable with human presence. You will then have your lunch away from them in the forest and returning to the park offices for a small ceremony.
You will then be transferred back to your hotel in Kigali or to the airport for your outbound flight.
